hi i'm erica. i'm from virginia, usa.

i work retail part time while studying criminal law and procedure. i also work with regional bands as a promoter/booking agent.

my screen name is an old nickname that i got from my co-workers mainly because i can be a real battle-axe (or so i've been told).

my interests include movies, melodic entrancements, caffeine, nostalgia, cerebral stimulation, comedy and tragedy, the emotional void, halloween, amicable debate, mythology, astrology, nightmares, certainty tainted with mystery, dragon's blood, nice smiles, people with substance/genuine character, and being a general tard.

Hi, I'm Sophie, I come from France. My nick is a Polish short form of my firstname, but I guess almost everyone here knows that.

What am I doing... well, many things actually Wink

I work in a newspaper, and when I'm not at work, I play the bass in two metal bands... I dedicate the rest of my free time to an association called Metalmaniakk, which aims at promoting Polish metal bands in France and French metal bands in Poland.

For now, we just organize some little gigs in Paris in order to get enough money to organize a great fest - probably in France this year and in Poland next year.

All the gigs we organize involve some Polish and some French bands, so that metalheads from the two countries can have a better knowledge of each other. The site is still under construction, but the forum works fully, and has a part in polish, a part in french and a part in english.

My last words will be dedicated to you Polish metalheads, who create the best metal in the world... I fucking dunno how you do to have so many gifted musicians in your country, but you rule, guys

1.Who are ye, where are ye from & what are ye doing. - I'm Pamela, I am from Scotland. Right now at this moment, not much besides posting on here and listening to music.

2.Why & from did you choose thy nick. - I got it from a Vader song, The Nomad, I started using it when I was travelling in Australia so for at that time it was pretty appropriate and it's one of my favourite songs by that band. Smile

3.What are you going to do. - Look around this board a little bit, decide if I've been on the net for long enough, probably look for food and not do very much for the rest of the day, I have work the next day and I'm not a morning person! Mad

4.Last Words - Nah, none really. I guess since this board seems pretty small and most people will have some idea of me from the Behemoth and Vader message boards, or soon will know more about me, then I don't have much else to say. Stay metal!

Finally found some time to answer this questoins...

1.) I am Jana from Germany. I live in a small town called Lüdinghausen. The next big town is only 20 minutes to go by car. In the North it is Munster and in the south/west is the "Ruhrgebiet" with all big cities like, Essen, Bochum, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Duisburg a.s.o

What am I doing? I am working with a German insurance company. I am a account manager there and the field I am in is external work. I really like it, because it is not only about sitting in the office... I also have to visit our private and buisiness costumers for selling our products and for inspecting claims.... meanwhile I am studying Finance with maintopic in insurance buisiness. The company gave me a scholarship which means that I study beside my work at a private university and my company pays the dues for it Very Happy

That's quite hard to learn after work every day, but I know why I am doing this Smile

2.) My nick was not my choice... friends choose it for me... When I was a teenager I went with my guys out for concerts and festivals every week-end. The boys always drank beer but it was not my taste in this young times. So I brought always a bottle of sweet sparkling-wine (something like champagne) with me. This in German is called "SEKT"... so my nick became sektlady ... Nowadays I really LOVE beer Very Happy

... but the nick remained.... that's all about it Smile

3) ?? do not know what to write about here... For today:
I will soon leave off work for today and drive home... may be I will be online agian this evening to check this forum or to check my myspace-account... I will call Zosia in Berlin and after that I don't know...
